How these three parts cooperate?

Step 1

Feed the scrap into main crusher and main crusher can crush waste cables into 3 to 5mm particles

Step 2

The air separator uses the principle of gravity separation to get separated copper and plastic particles.

Step 3

Due to the vibration and blowing, copper and plastic will be separated.

If you like to study machines and only very less cables, then you can buy this single-phase machine because this machine can be used well, but it needs patience for whom use it.

Don't think this kind of single-phase machine can instead a big machine to earn money, similar machines in the market are the same, they are just toys, not fit for customers who want to earn more money.

This machine is one whole machine, no need install it, just let your electrician connect the single-phase power first, then open all buttons and work on the machine directly, also I will send you the manual book.

The machine has 5 blades, including 2 fixed blades and 3 moving blades.

If you buy machine, we will send you 3 crusher sieves as gifts 3mm, 4mm and 5mm. If you need a 2mm sieve, you can buy an extra 1 piece with 2mm, then can get better performance, you can contact us and I will show you pictures and videos.

BS-D75 power is 18KW, we suggest use 3 phase voltage to keep stable performance. this machine only have 3 phase.

BS-S05 power only is 3.2KW, so machine is single phase, very suit for home use and saves electricity. Surely I recommend you BS-D75 because this machine can process all kinds of cables.
