Main Structure

AS-60 alligator shear machine is composed of a mechanical system (main body), hydraulic system (tank, pump, valve station), electrical system, and control components, connecting them through electrical wiring and hydraulic piping to perform various tasks seamlessly. 

 + The mechanical system consists of a frame, hydraulic cylinder, and related accessories. The frame includes a base welded structure, providing support for the hydraulic station and lower knife seat.

 – The hydraulic cylinder, specifically the shear cylinder, is supported by two and a half pin shafts at the machine frame’s rear part. A cruciform joint connects the piston rod head to the knife rest. When high-pressure oil acts on the shear cylinder piston, it drives the piston rod for reciprocating linear motion, completing the shearing and return actions.

 + Electrical system: Suitable motor gives the machine sufficient power.

 – Motor control circuit： Three-phase AC power supply, containing the power indicator and electric start-stop control circuit, to control a three-phase motor.

 – Action control circuit： The transformer will be a three-phase power supply, and has two lines, one to control the shear compression material, and another is control return reset.
