BS-D75 is a hot-selling small copper granulator machine in BSGH. Although our BS-D75 is small and cheap, but the purity of final copper is as clean as big capacity machine and middle capacity machine.

This model also can be customized single phase type. But I still suggest you choose three phases for more stable working performance. If you have less scrap wire, you can choose our BS-S05 and BS-S10, these 2models are mini granulators specialized made for single phase voltage.

Different parts for different function

  1. Crushing equipment: the main crusher, the blades will finish the crushing process.
  2. Separation equipment: air separator device, wind and screen mainly complete the initial separation of copper and plastic.
  3. Small vibrating bed, vibration will carry out secondary separation.
  4. PCL control system: you can control the operation of the whole machine by this part.

Working process of the BS-D75 small copper granulator machine

  1. Waste cables are cut by crusher blades and you can obtain 3 to 5mm cable particles.
  2. Mixed waste cable particles are largely separated from copper and plastic by wind and gravity.
  3. Copper and plastic are separated again by small vibrating table to obtain pure copper and pure plastic.
  4. Copper outlet gets pure copper, plastic outlet gets pure plastic.

BS-D75 is a small cable granulating machine, it doesn’t need pre-shredder, we suggest you process cables range below 20mm with BS-75.

Usually, small copper granulator machine is mainly process cables below 20mm in the market, if cables range over 20mm, we suggest you use a cable stripping machine BS-AN120 with 20-120mm; or if you have less big cables, you also can process with our machine directly.

If you only have single phase, we can customize single phase BS-D75 small copper granulator for you. But we professionally suggest you use three phases to drive it, the machine runs more stable.
