BS-D30 structure

You may find that BS-D30 wire grinder machine has a similar appearance to BS-D10 and BS-D20. In fact, it is right, but BS-D30 has the largest capacity in these three machines because of the largest feeding hole.

How BS-D30 recycle copper from scrap cables?

  1. Feed wires into feeding hole.
  2. Main crusher chopping scrap cable wires into mixture particles.
  3. Separator divide the mixture particles into relatively pure copper and pure plastic.
  4. Vibrating table will finish the secondary separation and the final product is pure copper and pure plastic.

Generally, we will advise customers to take full set of BS-D30 for better efficiency, because without small vibrator table, thin wires will not be easy to separate, this is the disadvantage of the euro machine.

For the last copper dust, you can put the copper and plastic mixed in the air separation system, adjust the bottom wind and the vibrating table to match working together, reach the best effect. Then can separate well.

For the copper from plastic, you can consider the electrostatic separation device to completely recycle copper granules.
