Working principle of double shaft shredder
The double-shaft shredder mainly has two rotating shafts, each with multiple blades. When power is turned on, the two shafts rotate toward the center at a constant speed. When the raw materials enter the crushing chamber, they are brought into the gap between the two shafts and continuously squeezed and crushed. Finally, they are crushed into small pieces and discharged from the bottom of the box. Hydraulic shredder
The hydraulic shredder adopts a single-shaft design and is pre-shredding equipment specially designed by BSGH Granulator for the copper wire recycling machine. It is specially designed to process all kinds of waste cables, which sets our hydraulic shredder apart from ordinary single-shaft shredders. The hydraulic shredder has a large processing capacity and can process 3 to 4 tons of waste cables per hour, and can crush them into 6~15cm long strips, smaller than the double-shaft shredder.

Working principle of hydraulic shredder
The hydraulic shredder has a main shaft with many moving knives installed on it. When the machine is running, the motor drives the main shaft and knives to rotate rapidly. The square knives hook the materials and cooperate with the hydraulic push puller to push the waste cables in the crushing chamber from up to down into the gap between the moving knife shaft and the fixed knives, and moving knives and fixed knives cooperate to carry out the crushing process. Finally, the cables that meet the size requirements are discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber.
