In February 2024, an Australian customer ordered BS-A1300 wire shredder line from us. The following is the test video we shot for him.

Pre-shredder

A single-shaft hydraulic pre-shredder that shreds scrap cables to a size of 6-15 cm, making them optimally prepared for subsequent recycling steps.

The most important step in the cable recycling system, the main crusher can crush pre-treated cables into 3-5mm copper-plastic mixture.

Magnetic separator is an essential device for processing iron-containing cables. It will extract all iron materials to ensure that the final product is not affected.

The main device of the separation system, which is mainly used for the first separation of copper-plastic mixture, separates most of the copper particles from the plastic particles.

Small vibrating table performs the secondary separation of the materials, and then you can get 100% pure copper.

The dust collection system actively gathers all dust generated during operation, ensuring a clean and healthy workspace at all times. Please clean the dust bag regularly to ensure its efficient operation.

Note: Our copper wire shredding machine also has two specialized details to guarantee copper purity:

  • Material Agitation Mechanism: Keeping material bounce and making magnetic separation easily capture iron inside.
  • Fiber Extraction System: Crushed cables often release lightweight fibers and fuzz, easily clog sieve, our vacuum system instantly removes these impurities right after crushing, preventing blockages and ensuring a smooth, highly accurate separation process.

Pushing system from up to down

To solve the problem of empty pushing with traditional horizontal methods when there’s less material in the crushing chamber, we’ve designed a vertical pushing system, this approach significantly reduces the machine's idle running time.

Better shredding effect

Ordinary shredders can reduce the size of cables to 5-25cm, but our hydraulic single-shaft shredder has a better shredding effect, it can process waste cables into 6-15cm long strips, making it easier and more convenient for the main shredder to shred.

Packaging and delivery

When BS-A1300 is ready, we pack the copper wire shredder in plastic film and load in 2*40″HQ, ensuring a safe delivery.
