Our heavy-duty industrial shredder machine for Sammul is ready in 7 days and our enginneer must test it to keep a good performance, now the material handler is feeding scrap iron sheets into the big chamber, then dual shafts equipped with high-strength serrated blades are rotating in opposite directions, and waste materials is drawn between the twin shaft then crushed through a combination of compression, shearing, and tearing. The entire process is smooth, efficient with zero jamming or stalling. Also final fragment is of uniform size, facilitating subsequent storage, transportation, and recycling. Even when faced with difficult-to-handle materials such as thick steel plates or large car shells, MS-D1800 shredder machine can also process with minimal clogging.

Safety Precautions

  1. The blades are sharp and have an extremely strong bite force. When operating, it is strictly forbidden to put any part of the body, such as hands, feet, hair, clothing, or gloves, into the machine.
  2. During operation, do not open protective devices such as belt covers and coupling covers to prevent them from being caught in rotating parts and causing crushing or scratches.
  3. Before performing machine repairs, blade replacements, cleaning, or maintenance, be sure to turn off the main power.
  4. In an emergency, immediately press the emergency stop switch. After the MS-D1800 heavy duty shredder has completely stopped, check for faults. Do not intervene directly while the machine is running.
