The motor and reducer are distributed at both ends of the machine to reduce vibration or offset caused by unbalanced output on one side.

MS-D600 shredder machine structure

The double-shaft structure and the wear-resistant H13 alloy blades provide a stronger shredding capacity than ordinary shredders. All blades are symmetrically installed and staggered, which increases the shredding area of waste materials and prevents material jamming or machine idling.

The dual motors and dual reducers work together to provide the entire machine with powerful power and torque, enabling the machine to easily crush a variety of high-hardness materials. The dual motors distribute power output, ensuring the long-term stability.

Through the switch button of the electric box, workers can easily control the start and stop, and adjust the speed. At the same time, they can also monitor the voltage, temperature and other parameters of the machine in real time throuth PCL panel to ensure that the machine runs in a safe state.

FAQ

Due to the powerful double shaft blade design, our shredder can crush a variety of scrap metal, including office paper, packing boxes, plastic buckets, paint buckets, appliance shells, wood furniture, steel sheets, and aluminum panels and etc.

Regular maintenance, including blade changing and bearing lubrication, should be conducted according to your usage and material shredding effect. Usually, we recommend 2-3 times a week to keep optimal performance.

As for common thin cables, metal sheets and paint buckets, our BS-600 double-shaft shredder can crush them easily. But for car shells or large household appliance shells, we recommend considering our larger shredder machines MS-D1800 and MS-D1200. It has larger motors and a crushing chamber, owing powerful torque.
