Yes, you can directcly feed the cable, but please remember to matching inlet holes with your cable.

No, they don't. The blades of BS-AC80 automated wire stripping machine are made of 65 manganese steel and have high hardness to prevent cracking, so do not worry.

Please check the following:

  • Whether the belt is loose; if so, tighten or replace the belt.
  • Ensure adjustment handles for the upper and lower blades are not too tight; loosen them if necessary.
  • Check the size of feeding hole; if necessary, use a larger hole.
  • If there is too much oil on the cable, causing slippage, wipe the upper and lower rollers dry frequently.

No, you can't. You should turn off switch first and wait for motor to stop:
If your machine have revserse switch, then you can trun on to reverser postion, the jamed cable will automatic come out;
If your machine haven't reverse switch, after machine stop then you can remove the jammed cable, if you force to remove cables when motor working the motor maybe burn.
