Yeraniel runs a large metal recycling center in Puerto Rico. With growing volumes of pallets, car shells and bulky metal scrap, storage space was becoming increasingly limited, and material handling was slowing down the recycling process.

He was looking for a reliable, heavy-duty metal shredder to reduce oversized scrap quickly and consistently. Turning these materials into smaller pieces would simplify handling and create a more efficient flow for downstream recycling.

02 / Finding the right shredder

From YouTube to the right metal shredder

Yeraniel first discovered BSGH Granulator on YouTube, where he watched our MS-D1600 heavy-duty metal shredder processing scrap paint drums. Its powerful, smooth shredding performance caught his attention, and he contacted us for a solution.

His scrap was much heavier and bulkier than the paint drums in the video, mainly large industrial pallets and car shells. After reviewing his needs, our technical team recommended the larger MS-D2000 shredding metal machine with a configuration tailored to his operation.

MS-D2000 heavy-duty shredding metal machine for multiple scrap types, powered by two 132 kw motors, matched to the customer’s handling and separation requirements.

04 / Factory visit

Seeing his MS-D2000 metal shredder take shape

May 10, 2026

When Yeraniel planned a trip to China, we invited him to visit our factory and personally inspect the manufacturing of his MS-D2000 heavy-duty shredding car shell machine.

On May 10, 2026, he visited the factory and followed the production process, from frame welding and precision machining to assembly and final testing. Seeing the process firsthand gave him greater confidence in the machine and our manufacturing capabilities.

05 / Packing and delivery

Prepared for the journey to Puerto Rico

Yeraniel’s MS-D2000 metal shredder was completed on schedule in June 2026. For the long sea journey, we arranged high-cube and flat-rack containers with reinforced protection to keep the equipment secure throughout international transport.

06 / Arrival and unloading

A new chapter at Yeraniel’s recycling center

MS-D2000 metal shredder machine has arrived safely at Yeraniel’s recycling facility in Puerto Rico. His team carefully unloaded the machine and prepared it for installation and operation.

We appreciate Yeraniel sharing the unloading video with us and look forward to seeing his shredder running on site, processing bulky scrap metal and supporting more efficient recycling operations.
