Main Parts Of BS-A1100 Pvc copper wire Recycling Machine

5 recycling Steps Of BS-A1100

  1. This model supports feeding scrap cables with forklift, pre-shredder can break down cables into small pieces. The pre-shredder can make waste cables easier to process and can also help to protect the shredder blades from damage.

  2. The ferrous cable pieces is removed by the first magnetic separator, then the waste cable will be processed into mixed copper-plastic particles by main shredder.

  3. Mixed copper-plastic particles are conveyed to the air separation device, the copper and plastic move in opposite directions through the wind and vibration, then the copper particles and plastic particles are basically separated.

  4. Magnetic separator installed on copper outlet vibrating table will remove the iron in copper granules.

  5. The small vibrating table uses vibration to separate the copper particles again to obtain pure copper particles.
