Machine Structure:

Similar with BS-D65, BS-D45 is consist of 4 main parts.

  1. Main crusher for breaking.
  2. Air separator for separating copper and plastic by wind.
  3. Small vibration for separating copper and plastic again by vibrating.
  4. Electrostatic separator for recycling thin copper in plastic granules.

The difference is BS-D45 have smaller crusher than BS-D65, that’s why its efficieny is slower than BS-D65.

1: Same with other cable granulator machines, BS-D45 will crush the scrap cables first and then air separator and vibrating table will separate copper granules and plastic granules.

2: Electrostatic separator of BS-D45 is equipped with plastic outlet, some thin copper granules are hard to be recycled by wind and vibrating only, electrostatic separator can recycle light copper according to the principle of the electric field.

In these processes, workers need to feed the scrap wires into the feeding hole and pay a little attention to the copper outlet and plastic outlet, it’s very convenient to control the whole machine process for one worker.
