The main body of BS-N140 scrap wire granulators is ECO1000. The picture below is machine diagram.
The difference between them is BS-N140 has a higher recycling rate when recycling thin wires with an additional electrostatic separator. And now, let’s check the machine details of this model.
BS-N140 scrap wire granulator use N series large capacity main crusher, which can accelerate the recycling speed and ensure that scrap cables can be crushed completely.
In addition, The main crusher blades is also high-quality, which can ensure that they handle a high volume of wires without becoming dull or damaged, which reduces the need for frequent blade maintenance.
For BS-N140, we use the most advanced technology to produce air separators to ensure that the air separators are highly efficient and effective, which means that the machine can achieve a high recycling rate for a wide range of wires and cables.
Copper and plastic can’t be completely separated by air separator, small vibrating table is connected after copper outlet and plastic outlet, allowing for a higher level of purity in the final product by vibrating. This step can achieve a purity level of 99.9% in the copper granules, which is good for copper quality.
For thin wires, an electrostatic separator is necessary. Electrostatic reaction will let thin copper hard to be separated.
For normal wires, an electrostatic separator also can improve the recycling rate.

Firstly, the main crusher breaks down the scrap wires and cables into small pieces.
Secondly, the granulator separates copper or aluminum from plastic insulation with a combination of air separation and vibration. This step can achieve a high level of purity for the copper or aluminum granules, typically around 99.9%.
Finally, for the BS-N140 model is equipped with an additional electrostatic separator, which can use an electrostatic charge to separate out any remaining slim copper granules that may have been lost in the previous step. This can further increase the overall recycling rate and reduce copper loss.
