Copper Cable Granulator Story
On the first day of July, BSGH Granulator successfully shipped one set of BS-F3000 large copper cable granulators to an American customer.
This is the third time the customer cooperated with our company. Firstly, he bought a BS-D65 medium-sized copper chopper machine from our company in 2019 and then one ST-400 motor recycling machine in 2022. During this period, we maintained great communication and have been paying attention to the use of the machines. To be honest, our machine has never been broken one time in past years. It is so efficient and powerful that the customer is completely satisfied with our machines. Depending on the trust, we have reached the third cooperation successfully.
In early March, through a simple greeting, we asked the customer whether his BS-D65 copper cable granulator machine was still in normal use. The American customer replied that his machine has regular maintenance and blade replacement, and everything is running perfectly as normal.
A week later, the customer contacted us initiatively. His company was expanding and the BS-D65 could not handle all his waste cables in a short time, so he wanted to buy a copper wire recycling machine with a larger capacity to process more cables. This customer learned about the BS-F3000 large copper wire granulator on our official website. Its processing capacity can reach 1200~1500KG/H, and in addition to various waste cables, it can also process some waste radiators.
The customer was very interested in our BS-F3000 copper wire granulator, and our sales manager introduced the advantages of this copper wire granulator to him in detail. It has a large processing capacity and can process 1.2~1.5 tons of waste cables per hour, and the copper recovery rate can reach 99.99%, which can be sold directly as fine copper.
It is equipped with 2 electrostatic separators, which can effectively process fine wires with a diameter of less than 1mm. It has two dust collection devices, which can collect all the dust generated during operation without causing any pollution.
After fully understanding the details of the BS-F3000, the customer excitedly purchased this high-efficiency and energy-saving copper wire granulator. He said that he felt very reassured by cooperating with BSGH Granulator. The machine completed production at the end of June and was successfully shipped on 7th, Jul.
