This is our BS-D55 scrap copper wire granulator machine running in our customer factory. In this video, the machine is recycling scrap car wires and telephone wires with high efficiency. Besides, this machine can also process other scrap wires such as TV wires, square wires and household plug wires.
Hangzhou customer BS-D60 copper wire granulator in the video is crushing rubber cable wires diameters up to 50mm. We can see that the machine still can directly process the cables into small copper and plastic granules perfectly though the diameter of the scrap cable is big.
Customer in Jiangsu, BS-D30 assemble with electrostatic separator. Although BS-D30 is a small-size copper wire granulator machine, it still can process almost all kinds of scrap copper cables. You can get clean copper and plastic with this machine.

Dual shaft shredder: improve efficiency
- Dual shaft shredder is mainly used for pre-shred scrap cables, which can improve the processing capacity and protect blades of main crusher.

Electrostatic Separator: thin wire
An electrostatic separator is very suitable for people who pursue a higher recycling rate for copper wire shredder. We all know that for low grade wires is hard to separate copper from plastic completely, but electrostatic separator machine can separate very thin copper from plastic easily. Magnetic Separator: cables have iron
Magnetic separator is specially designed for processing nonferrous cables, it will remove the iron in copper granules and improve your copper purity.
BSGH provides high-quality double-shaft magnetic separators in D series. And it is usually installed above the small vibrating table.
