The output volumes of copper and plastic depend on the copper and plastic content of your cable wires. For example, if you have 1T car wires and plug wires, the copper content is about 45-50%, then you can obtain approximately 450~500KG copper and 550~500KG plastic end products from cable wires. The exact output will vary based on the type of cable wires you process.
A small amount of copper in the plastic outlet is normal. If you want recycle 100%, using an electrostatic separation for thoroughly recycle is recommended. But if there’s plastic in the copper outlet,you need to adjust the vibration slower and adjust the bottom air blower bigger, any other question, you can consult our sales.
For remove remaining copper dust at plastic outlet, you can put mixture into the air separation system:
1: change into smaller air separator sieve;
2: adjust bottom fan smaller.

or you can put it into water, copper will sink and plastic will float so you can separate them.
No, you can’t recycling copper wire and aluminum wire together, must be separated when recycling, because aluminum and copper granular can’t be separated. The Copper wire recycling machine is designed to separate copper, aluminum, iron, and non-metal materials like plastic from waste wires. However, since aluminum is lighter than copper and similar with plastic, it might attached to plastic, making the operation more complex. Thus, the two types of cables should be sorted and processed separately.
BS-N130 and BS-N125 copper wire granulators are effective choices for processing both radiators and cables. But remember that when dealing with radiators, use a band saw to cut them into smaller pcs, then you can recycling with our machine and get pure copper and aluminum granules easily.
Copper wire granulators noise mainly comes from the shredder. The noise level falls within the industry-standard range, which is generally considered acceptable for human use. If you think the noise slightly louder, you can wear anti-noise earplugs.
It is recommended to remove the plugs before feeding the cable into the shredder. Cause plug(made of iron or brass sheet)could potentially damage the crusher blades, if a compatible magnetic separator is not available for your machine, the iron from the plugs might mix with the copper granules; if your plug is made of brass sheet, then brass sheet can’t separately wholly, will have some mixed with copper.
Yes, sure, we recommend purchasing 4 to 6 extra sets of blades for future use. Our machine equipped with 1 set of blades, we will send you an additional set of blades for free, these 2 sets of blades can last for 1 years with proper care.
Blades life span is according acutal situation, for some cables have metal or plug will reduce blades life; if your cable is good cable, blades can be use longer time.
This machine don’t need constant adjustment.
We will set up before shipment, once you get machine, you only need to adjust it according your cables, then keep this data it’s ok. The machine will save your setting data by default, unless you process other kinds of cable have big difference with present one, or else no need to adjust. Initially, you might need to feed less wires to understand how to operate and familar with machine features.
Depending on the specific situation, we recommend customer buy insurance for our machine. If any unexpected events occur, the insurance will cover your goods. There’s very less issue like this to happen, but we’re still taking precautions to ensure full protection for our products, at the same time we’ll quickly send a replacement parts.

Of course, normally our machine is equipped with 11 tooth blades, but we can customize it as you want.
We recommend that 11 teeth will be okay for processing wires, no need for special blades. More teeth do not mean easily for blades to break, and it may cause stuck when processing, just smaller cable pcs and smaller capacities.
There’s no accurate time, shredder blades is not easy to break, only normal using, you can check every working day. we include four extra blades as spare parts with your purchase for free. You can also choose to buy more blades as spare parts if you wish. Numerous customers have told us that these blades are really tough and can last a long time.
Usually, one set of blades should be enough. But if you ever need more in the future, don’t worry, we can provide them for you.
If the blades break, you can replace them with new ones. Alternatively, if they remain intact, sharpening and reusing them is a good idea.
Changing the blades is simple:
First, open crusher case.
Then, loosen the screw and take out the broken blades replace new one and fasten the screws, pls make sure the distance between fixed blades and rotate blades as smaller as possible. If you’re unsure about the process, we can provide you with a video tutorial. The whole process is typically takes about 30 minutes.
Shredder blades
Sharpening the shredder blades is essential for maintaining their effectiveness, normally we use angle grinder to sharpen . Here’s how it’s done:
1. Polish inside of the cutting edge until it’s sharp again. Pay close attention to the arc of the knife claw, and make sure to grind it perpendicular to the plane of the double-shaft shredder blade. This minimizes any loss to the blade’s body.
2. The shredder blade is a crucial part of the dual-shaft shredder, so it should be regularly inspected. If you notice wear or passivation, it’s important to grind or polish the blade promptly.

If blades is founded to be broken or if the gap between the fixed blades and rotate blades becomes too large, it’s time to replace it.

Usually not. Your machine will be shipped securly in a fully enclosed container, wrapped in plastic film, and protected by a plywood case. We’ll also provide you with some spare parts like buttons and screws, along with a toolbox for maintenance.
Regarding the blades breaking:
Unless you’re dealing with extremely hard materials like iron or steel, the blades usually don’t break. We had one Israeli customer who mixed wires with iron ball, that caused one blade to break after two years. Breakage issues usually involve minor wear and tear during regular operation, so major breakages are rare.

Here’s our suggestion:
1. For thick cables with a diameter of more than 30mm, we recommend use wire stripping machine to process first.
2. For thin copper wires, start with the pre-shredder first, then use copper wire granulator machine to recycle.
Both approaches improve your working efficiency. Remember to separate thick wires from thin ones first.
Processing small quantity, such as one or two larger diameter cable no problem, It’s best to avoid handling a large amount of thick cables one time or most of large cables, if most are large cables, then machine will need to update, contact us to lear more.
Usually, after processing 40-50 tons of cables under normal situation, which takes about 7-10 days, it’s time to check the crusher blades. Check if the gap between the moving and fixed blades is too big or if the blades are worn. You can adjust or replace the blades as needed.
Yes, you are absolutely right. When you sharpen the blades, they become smaller. But did you know that there’s an oval hole in the blade? This hole allows you to adjust the distance between the moving blades and the fixed blades.
In my opinion, the width of the blades determines their lifespan. our crusher blades used for 56 hours a week, can last for 1 years. If you take good care of them, like cut the plugs and metal in cable and keeping them in good condition, they can last even longer.
Speaking of regrinding, more than 20 times might not be feasible for these blades. For instance, when dealing with steel armored cables, the knives maybe need to be replaced every 2 days. So, it’s crucial to ensure we order an adequate number of spare parts.
Import tips: When you initially use a set of new blades, the distance between the fixed blades and moving blades is nearly zero. This configuration is suitable for processing thin wires. As the distance between the fixed blades and moving blades increases, you can use the machine to process thicker wires. This approach will help reduce the frequency of blade regrinding.
For thicker cables, we recommend using larger crusher sieves, air separation screens, and adjusting the wind and shaker speed accordingly. You can refer to the image:
– Crusher sieves: 5mm/6mm
– Air separation screen: 200 mesh
– Vibrating sieves: 8 mesh/10 mesh
However, if you are dealing with very thin copper cables (hair wire), using the wrong sieves may not yield the desired results in the process. For these hair-like cables, we recommend using the following:
– Crusher sieves: 2mm/2.5mm
– Air separation screen: 200 mesh
– Vibrating sieves: 24 mesh

Normally we don’t recommend to use wet copper wire granulator but in order to consider many others people, so we explain here.
You don’t have to connect the machine to water source. Just fill the water tank, the water will circulate to facilitate operation.
Since copper is heavier than plastic, after crushing and water recycling, the plastic will float on the water while the copper sinks. Then by vibrating, you can obtain pure copper granules and pure plastic granules.
BS-D75, a compact cable granulating machine, doesn’t require a pre-shredder. BS-D75 can recycle various cables, but it’s most effective for cables with a diameter under 20mm. If you have much larger cables, BS-AN120 copper cable stripping machine designed for strip 20mm to 120mm cables is a good choice for you.
No matter which kinds of big machine, we all recommend 3phase. BS-D75 machine operates at 18KW and is recommended to be used with 3-phase voltage for stable performance; IF you haven’t 3phase voltage, BS-D75 also can customized single phase for you, but you need to pay extra USD1000 for customization;
On the other hand, BS-S10 is specially made on a single-phase power, If you have 3-phase power with enough budget, go for BS-D75 is best, becuase BS-D75 is the smallest granulator which can help you to earn money for your small industrail use; if you only have home use power, choose BS-S10.
For armor wire with a diameter under 30mm, our BS-N125 can process with ease. You just need to add a magnetic separation machine. If the armor wire diameter is above 30mm, then recommend to process with copper cable stripping machine first, after use our copper wire granulator to recycling.
Note: For amoured cable, normally not recommend to process with granulator directly, because it’s harmful to blades.
Our machine’s vibrator length is already optimized to ensure the production of high-quality plastic. If you prefer a longer vibrator table, customization is possible but with extra fee. BS-D70 model can meet your requirements for 380V 50Hz power supply with 3 phases. Also, when installing the machine, please ensure the use of power wires that are at least 10 square in size.
