Hydraulic briquetting machine is mainly composed of three parts: main machine, hydraulic system, and control system.
Main machine
• Main cylinder is integrally forged from high-strength high-quality steel, which is stronger and has higher impact resistance.
• The pushing cylinder and the feeding hopper form an automatic feeding structure. The feeding is completed by the repeated action of the pushing cylinder.
• Acceleration cylinder, pushing cylinder, and block extraction cylinder are made of seamless steel pipes, which have higher strength than ordinary steel pipes, can withstand higher pressure and bending force, and have better corrosion resistance.
• The charge tank is mounted on the side of the cross member and is used to replenish the hydraulic oil required when the master cylinder moves forward quickly.
• Pressure head is made of 60Si2Mn material and has undergone multiple heat treatments, making it extremely wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
Hydraulic system
• Hydraulic system consists of motor, oil pump, combination valve, pressure gauge, thermometer, air filter, etc.
• Hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder from the oil pump through the pipeline and the valve body, and the valve body controls the reciprocating motion of the cylinder to achieve squeezing, returning, and adding.
• When the oil temperature is higher than 55℃, the machine must stop working! Let the oil pump run idle for 20 minutes (cooling water keeps flowing) to forcefully cool the oil.
Control system
• We adopt SIEMENS PLC control system, it features automatic detection technology, which monitors the actual feeding capacity and precisely controls the volume and weight of each briquette.
• The automatic control system greatly simplifies the operation method, allowing operators to control the machine proficiently without additional training.

1. Adjust the main cylinder to the top position, the block cylinder to the front point, and the feeding cylinder to the rear point, and feed material into the feed port.
2. Control the feeding cylinder to fill the mold with material.
3. Press the “Main Cylinder Down” button to control the main cylinder to move downward, making the pressure head enter the mold cavity. Pay attention to the pressure gauge until it reaches the set pressure.
4. Press the hydraulic briquetting machine “Main cylinder up” button to raise the main cylinder by 2~5mm to release pressure, then the block extraction cylinder retreats and controls the main cylinder to continue to descend until the block falls, the block extraction cylinder moves forward to push out the final product, and controls the main cylinder to rise to the top, perform the second cycle.
5. During automatic operation, place the conversion switch in the automatic position, press the “auto start” button, and the automatic cycle begins. The operator only needs to perform feeding operations.
6. When starting work, please operate machine in manual mode to compress 3-5 blocks first to fill the top auxiliary oil tank with hydraulic oil, and then enter the automatic operation.
