BSGH Granulator’s BM-100K metal chip briquetting press is built for compressing long and loose metal shavings into dense square briquettes. Powered by 100t hydraulic pressure, this small metal chip briquetter’s processing capacity can achieve up to 800 kg/h, helping you greatly reduce metal chips volume, save storage space and lower transportation costs. During briquetting, BM-100K can also recover 92–98% cutting oil after secondary drainage, which can be collected for reuse or proper handling. Designed with an automatic excess-material cutting function, you can feed metal chips casually, really a practical choice for CNC workshops, lathe machining plants, metalworking factories, and small to medium metal recycling operations.

No. You can load metal shavings into the feeding hopper continuously. If extra material stays outside the mold chamber, built-in shearing structure cuts it off, and remaining materials can go for next pressing cycle.

The biggest difference between BM-100K and BM-100T briquetting press is final briquettes, if you want round 100mm size, you can choose BM-100T, but if you want square size around 300*300mm size, you can choose BM-100K.
