how does scrap metal alligator shears works?

Scrap metal alligator shears uses strong hydraulic power, which is basically oil pushed by a pump, to do its job in a few quick steps. First, this press hydraulic pump firmly grip the scrap metal, holding it tight against the bottom cutting blade, then main hydraulic power pump drive cutting blades down with great strength slicing right through the scrap. So, it’s a neat cycle of holding, cutting, and resetting, all driven by that powerful hydraulic system. Every of our scrap metal alligator shears have 2 modes, you can choose automatic mode or manual mode.

1.Manual mode

(1)Switch to manual mode and pressure cylinder will go downward to press the materials；

(2)Then the shear cylinder will move downward to start cutting；

(3)Both pressure and shear cylinders will be back till touching the up sensor.

2.Automatic mode

(1)Switch to automatic mode；

(2)Press the cutting button for unlimited cutting；

(3)If you want to turn off the machine,just switch to manual mode and it will shear for the last time；

(4)Press the off button after blades returning to original position.

Packing and Delivery

Our scrap metal alligator shears was packed in one single plywood box and then load in containers; for some big alligator shearing machine, one can load in full container.
