Problem: Standard stripping machines are completely incapable of processing thin, flat LED wires. Due to their unique geometry and specialized jackets, these wires either slip through the rollers or remain uncut, forcing recyclers to rely on slow, costly manual labor.
Solution: Antoni discovered our specialized LED wire stripper machine. Our custom-engineered LED stripper features a specialized blade alignment and feeding system designed specifically for flat profiles. It bridges the gap where standard equipment fails.
Result: Upon receiving the stripper, Antoni plugged and fed his tangled LED wires into the machine, it precisely cut through the tough outer sheath then effortlessly peeled the insulating layer away. The inner thin copper wire was 100% intact, same as what we said, he promised to buy more soon.
