Here are applications about 3 Bale Delivery Methods:
Push-out: After the baled material is compacted, it is ejected from the side, it is suitable for large-scale metal hydraulic balers. The operation is fully automated.
If your waste material is heavy-duty, we recommend using a push out baler, bales are more compact and density is bigger. Using a turn-out cylinder in this scenario, the turn-out pole easily broken.
- Push-out baler features: although speed is slower but smoother ejection of bales, more safer; suitable for automatic operations. For raw material feeding you can choose to use robotic arms or electromagnet lifting for feeding.
Front pushing out baler: the packed material blocks are pushed out from the front small door. Because this types of machine only compresses and packs once, the density of the bales is not high. If your scrap is a lightweight metal material, such as aluminum scrap, aluminum For cans, etc., we recommend you use a front push out baling machine. Since there is only one time compression, the stress points are all concentrated on the small front door, so the bales is low density but larger bales, Low security.
Turn out baler: As the name suggests, it is to turn the packed bales out of the pressing chamber, currently the most popular in the market and is also the first choice for small machines to bale. The height of the machine is generally less than 1 meter and manual feeding is usually performed.
If your scrap belongs to ferrous metal, then we recommend you to use a high extrusion force turning bale baler. The bale density is relatively tight and the bale output speed is faster.
If you haven’t the budget limit, we recommend you buy pushing out baler.

Users can also choose imported wear-resistant steel plates (HARDOX500), which are suitable for particularly wear-resistant occasions. The service life is 3-5 times that of ordinary lining plates; also can choose NM500 types.
- The main pressure cylinder and the frame are connected by high-strength bolts, which are high in strength, easy to install, safe and reliable. The front and rear pin bushings of the door cover cylinder and the door cover pin bushings use oil-free bearings, which avoids the shortcomings of ordinary cast iron bushings that are easy to wear and break, greatly reducing the risk of equipment damage and making the equipment safer and more reliable to use.

Working process

You will learn from video that hydraulic metal baler machine will package the waste metals automatically and push the final product out from the discharging cylinder. Then, workers will collect them at a certain place.
Pour the scrap metal into the feeding port(choose whether to use a forklift or a shovel to feed according to the type of the machine).
Operate the directional valve handle, close the top cover door and engage the lock door to prevent cover door from floating upward.
Operate the Side Cylinder to perform secondary side compression.
Once the stroke of Side Cylinder is complete, Operate the Main Cylinder to carry out final compression.
Note: when you adjust the machine configurations, you can use manual operating; but after all functions are test well, then you can adjust the machine to automatic operation, thus will be higher efficiency and save lobor.
