Function: The high-speed rotating drum inside separator machine utilizes centrifugal force to shatter glass into small fragments (cullet), achieving PVB film separate from glass, both discharge from different outlets. Wanna get whole PVB film? Please follow the working steps below:
Step 1: Connect a water spray pipe to the roller press. Ensure the water outlet is positioned precisely directly in the middle of the rollers to keep the materials wet during pressing.
Step 2: Place automotive windshield flat onto the feeding platform and smoothly push it into roller press.
Step 3: Stack the flat pieces and tightly cover them with a heavy-duty tarpaulin to lock in moisture for optimal absorption.
Step 4: Allow the covered glass to rest for 2 to 3 days till the internal PVB film turns a milky-white color. Then lay the glass onto conveyor belt (4 to 5 pieces at a time) and feed into separator for final glass detachment.

Maintenance Tips:
Keep the machine running smoothly by regularly lubricating the bearings and reducer, checking for loose hardware, and promptly replacing any worn parts.
