Mr. Aphiradee runs a large-scale scrap recycling station in Thailand, there are a large volume of various waste cables to handle every day, including household wires, automotive wires, communication cables, square wires, and ultra-thin wires. Previously, he primarily relied on a three-year-old medium-sized copper wire granulator, whose processing capacity is about 4 tons one day. However, as his recycling business is expanding, there are more and more large-diameter multi-core wires as well as armoured cables. More importantly, the hourly output has increased to 1 ton, however, his old cable wire shredder machine could no longer meet current demands, leading to a mounting pile of unprocessed scraps, really annoying, so he had to consider investing in a larger copper grinder machine.

First cooperation

In November 2020, Mr. Aphiradee reached out to us via Alibaba seeking a breakthrough in his recycling operations. His requirements were clear and demanding: high-volume throughput without compromising on copper-plastic separation purity.

After in-depth technical consultations to analyze his station’s specific mix of scrap cables, we engineered a synergistic solution: the BS-ECO1000 Copper Granulator paired with the BS-AN125 Wire Stripping Machine. This custom combination was designed to maximize recovery rates and streamline his entire processing line.

As a large-scale N series copper granulator, BS-ECO1000 processing capacity can reach 1000 kg/h. It employs a separation system with two sets of “air separators systems + small vibrating screens,” totally achieving 99.99% separation rate and 100% pure copper, fully meeting our customer Mr. Aphiradee’s requirements.

Because Mr. Aphiradee needed to process a large quantity of large-diameter, multi-core cables, as well as armoured cables, we recommended the industrial wire stripper BS-AN125 to him. It can perfectly combine with BS-ECO1000 copper wire granulator.

First, BS-AN125 removes the outer plastic layer of heavy duty cables, then BS-ECO1000 turns multiple copper wires into pure copper granules.

After multiple rounds of technical parameter confirmation and inspection, Mr. Aphiradee fully approved of our machine’s performance and whole team’s professional service. In January 2021, he officially paid 30% in advance and we started production asap.

A Double Boost in Efficiency and Profit

In April 2021, Mr. Aphiradee received his BS-ECO1000 cable wire granulator machine. After it was put into use, he quickly sent us a feedback video, expressed our machine effectively solved his problems:

High-Purity Sorting: Through three processes—crushing, air separation, and vibrating—the final copper recovery rate reached 99.99%, with almost no copper loss. Furthermore, the final copper particles have a bright, non-blackened surface, achieving 100% purity, allowing them to be sold at a high price.
Amazing Proccessing Capacity: BS-ECO1000 copper granulator’s daily processing capacity reaches 7-8 tons, easily handling months’ worth of stockpiled scrap cables, giving him more time to collect more cables.
High Durability: Mr. Aphiradee emphasized after our BS-ECO1000+BS-AN125 application, he clearly felt a significant reduction in downtime. The two machines only requires routine maintenance to operate continuously with zero malfunctions.

A Continuous Trust: A Repeat Purchase in Just 6 Months

In June 2021, just two months after receiving BS-ECO1000, Mr. Aphiradee contacted us again. He highlighted having recouped the machine investment and wanted to purchase a larger cable wire recycling plant to further expand his recycling business.

After discussions online, Mr. Aphiradee decided to purchase BS-F1000 copper wire recycling machine from BSGH Granulator. Because of the dual-shaft pre-shredder integration, he could process plug wires and protect the main-crusher blades, extending BS-F1000 lifespan.

In September 2021, the copper granulator was successfully delivered to the Mr. Aphiradee’s workshop. He wisely took our BS-F1000 together with the previous BS-ECO1000 copper granulator as well as BS-AN125 wire stripping machine, greatly increasing his daily processing capacity from 7-8 tons to 15-18 tons. As the good comments about pure copper from his customers, Mr. Aphiradee significantly expanded larger-scale recycling center and enabled to cooperate with two local industrial electronics factories. Hearing the news, we were really happy for him.

Customer Feedback

During a customer follow-up visit in 2022, Mr. Aphiradee specially shot a video of our equipment in operation, showing BS-ECO1000 and BS-F1000 running efficiently: “These two machines are the most worthwhile investments I’ve made in my recycling career! My old equipment made me worry about maintenance and losses every day, but now there is almost no need to maintain, and the copper scraps sell at a top price.
