- BS-F3000/BS-A1100 machines almost have no limitations on normal small cable type, which is multifunctional, but a diameter under 40MM is better.

The process begins with the pre-shredder, which efficiently breaks down various materials, preparing them for the granulation process.
ECO1000 cabel granulator is the main body of the other 3 machines.
The main crusher adopts a high-hardness spindle and alloy steel blades to ensure the raw(pre-crushed) material can be completely crushed. Spindle and alloy steel blades are so durable that you needn’t change the blade frequently.
If you have lots of ferrous wires to process, we cordially recommend BS-F3000 copper cable granulator machine as best. The machine is configured with two magnetic separators to help you separate more iron from the copper than with other 3 machines.
The electrostatic separator plays a crucial role in separating different materials, facilitating more effective recycling, ensure the granulator machines get purer copper granules and high efficiency.
Vibrating Tables ensure the purity of copper and plastic by vibrating copper or plastic granules.

For Specific Capacity
The largest capacity among them is BS-F3000 Copper Wire Granulator Machine and BS-A110O PVC and Copper Separator Machine, machines can process waste wires at 1200-150OKG/H suitable for customers who have stable and large amounts of scrap wires. The capacity of the other two machines is relatively smaller and they also have subtle differences in processing capacity. The aim of doing this is to meet client’ demands more accurately.
For overall dimension
There are many factors to consider when purchasing a machine and the floor space is also one of them. An unsuitable covered area will cause inconvenience in use. These four machines are of different sizes. You can purchase them according to your environmental conditions. For accurate space, different machine installation method also affect the covered area.
Configuration
Although these four machines have two separators, BS-F3000 copper wire granulator machine assemble with 2 electrostatic separator systems, and BS-F1000 and BS-ECO1000 without it. Compared with air separators, electrostatic separators can recycle cables as thin as hair or some wires which are very messy. If you have the above-mentioned waste wires, BS-F3000 is definitely your best choice!
processing capacity
Compared with other models, BS-A1100 is more heavy-duty, the processing capability also bigger than others, because of the special shaft design our machine is more effective in performance, this model is also fit for recycling copper winding wires with big quantity.
Copper granulators machine separates copper and plastic from waste cables, via the process of crushing and the principle of gravity separation to complete the whole granulating process. There are mainly 5 steps to achieve a high efficiency copper recycling goal. See them as below.
Feed the waste copper wire into twin-shaft shredder, then it will be pre-crushed into small pieces of 3~25cm.
The processed waste cable will be conveyed to the main crusher, then the waste cables will be processed into 3~8mm mixture of copper-plastic particles by main crusher.
Mixture of copper-plastic particles will be processed by the air separator for the first separation and you will get copper granules and plastic granules.
The copper particles and plastic particles will be sent to the small vibrating table(s) for secondary separation respectively.
Two small vibrating table will separate the copper granules and plastic granules again by vibrating. Meanwhile, the magnetic will remove the iron from the copper. Then you will get pure copper in a short time.
How do I install copper granulators machine?
For better preparation before correctly use the machine, we make a brief installation instruction for you, if you have any further questions about any part of our granulator machine, feel free to contact us.
The machine needs to be placed on a flat cement floor, assemble it as every parts should be, then connected to a suitable power source.
Turn on the machine to check every button function there’s also have sticker in it, press the Crusher start button, and check whether the spindle rotation direction is consistent with the direction as instructed. If the direction is correct, you can start using it. However, if the direction is wrong, you can change any 2 fire wires to adjust.
The machine should be kept stable during operation because it relies on vibration to separate copper from the insulation skin. If you find your machine shakes while working you can insert iron pieces under the machine to keep it level.
You should insert a 1.5-meter iron bar into the ground and use 6 square meters of copper wire to connect the iron bar to the frame grounding bolt if your machine have electrostatic separators.
